Who we are

The PlayTennis.by team is the data controller. For any privacy question, email the address at the bottom of this page.

What data we collect

We only collect what the platform needs to work:

• Account: your email address and sign-in identifier.
• Profile: name, photo (avatar), city or neighborhood, skill level and settings.
• Gameplay data: matches, results, rating, tournament participation and coach reviews.
• Location: only if you allow it — to show nearby courts, coaches and players on the map.
• Technical data: anonymized usage analytics (pages, events) via PostHog.
• Support requests: the message text and the contact you reached us from.

Sign in with Google and Apple

You can sign in by email (magic link) or with Google or Apple. When you use a provider, we receive your email and name to create your account. Sign in with Apple may use "Hide My Email" — in that case we work with the relay address Apple provides. We never see or store your OAuth passwords.

How we use data

• Create and operate your account and profile.
• Match you with opponents, coaches and tournaments at your level and area.
• Calculate ratings and show match statistics.
• Send service emails (confirmation, match and tournament notifications).
• Improve the product using anonymized analytics.
• Respond to your support requests.

Data processors (third parties)

We rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• PostHog — product analytics (anonymized).
• Google and Apple — sign-in with the respective accounts.
• Resend — sending email.
• Telegram — notifications and support if you connect the bot.

Advertising and tracking

We do not sell your data and do not use third-party advertising trackers. PostHog analytics is used only to improve the product and is not linked to ad networks.

Data retention

We keep data while your account exists. After you delete your account, personal data is deleted or anonymized; some records may be retained where required by law or for rating integrity (in anonymized form).

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. To delete your account and its personal data, email us at the address below — we will handle the request within a reasonable time.

Cookies and session

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and to keep your session. In the mobile apps, the session is stored in the WebView's secure storage.

Children

The platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will note material changes on this page with a new update date.
